Flappy Ball
A minimalist gravity-defying challenge. Navigate a spherical node through vertical gate gaps by managing rhythmic impulse-taps against constant downward acceleration.
About This Game
Flappy Ball is a Kinetic Energy Management and Gravity-Defiance arcade game. Unlike the bird variant, this title simulates the Inertial Mass of a sports ball. The core focuses on "Constant Vertical Oscillation," where the player must fight a rigid downward acceleration vector. It is a game of "Spatial Clearance" where the collision box of the ball must pass through narrow apertures in moving or static obstacles.
How to Play
Tap the screen to apply an upward impulsive force. The gameplay is Rhythmic Altitude Control: each tap resets the ball's vertical velocity to a positive value, which is then immediately eroded by simulated gravity. Interaction involves "Obstacle Avoidance"—you must navigate the ball through the gaps in pipes or blocks. You win by maintaining flight for the longest duration possible.
Tips & Tricks
High scores are earned through Micro-Tap Precision and Center-Path Alignment. The pro secret is "Predictive Descent"—allowing the ball to fall slightly further before tapping so that the upward burst happens exactly at the entry point of the next gap. Mastering the "Rhythm of the Bounce" allows you to maintain a steady horizontal plane, minimizing the risk of over-correcting and hitting the upper boundary.
